The Pak Secretariat (Procurement) invites sealed tenders under Tender Notice No. 21/2026 for the supply and services of various items for Kundian. Tender fee, bid submission, earnest money and opening schedules are listed below. Tender documents are available from the office of Head (Procurement), H-Block, Near K‑Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad on working days (Mon–Fri) between 09:00 and 13:00 on submission of a written request with the tender fee (non-refundable). Tenders will be received until 13:30 and opened the same day at 14:00 in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
Tender submission requirements: tender fee as specified; earnest money 2% of bid value in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable in favour of Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad (call deposit will not be accepted). Tender fee in cash will not be acceptable. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
