TMA Nowshera e-Procurement: Strengthening Sanitation Transport Fleet — Invitation to Bid

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Invitation for bids through ePADS for the execution/supply of municipal works including strengthening and capacity enhancement of the sanitation transport fleet.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the ePADS website: www.eprocure.gov.pk prior to the closing date and time.
• Last date and time for submission of bids: 2016-10-19 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Bids must be submitted online via ePADS and a hard copy in a sealed envelope must also be delivered to the office of Tehsil Municipal Administration, Karimi Stop GT Road, Nowshera, via registered courier before the submission deadline.
• Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Nowshera.
• Eligibility requirements include registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), registration with PEC where applicable, NTN, and compliance with KPRA / provincial procurement rules; bidders must not be blacklisted.
