Deputy Commissioner Office, Toba Tek Singh invites sealed tenders for procurement of IT equipment and office furniture through single-stage, two-envelope method from reputable, financially strong and technically capable firms/suppliers/manufacturers duly registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments.
Bidding documents containing specifications, terms & conditions and evaluation criteria can be obtained on firm letterhead from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Toba Tek Singh from 2026-09-29 or downloaded via the E-PAD portal. Bids must be submitted on E-PAD.
Bid security: 5% of the estimated price in the shape of CDR in favour of Deputy Commissioner Toba Tek Singh. Submission deadline: 2026-10-15 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM in the committee room of the Deputy Commissioner Office, Toba Tek Singh in presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules.
