Military Engineer Services (CMES PAF Peshawar) Tender Notice — Provision of Facilities at PAF (Closing 2026-10-15)

Office of CMES (PAF) Peshawar invites sealed tenders for multiple packages for the provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) locations. Firms/contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as required; applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience who satisfy other special conditions. Tenders must be received by 1130 hrs on 15 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date.

Key eligibility and submission notes:

- Firms/contractors must provide written certification that they are not involved in any type of litigation with a government department and that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi) is outstanding against them.

- Firms/contractors, irrespective of enlistment status with MES, must submit a valid copy of PEC registration (Pakistan Engineering Council) where applicable; PEC registration is required for certain packages.

- Contractors on the approved List of Military Engineer Services in categories 'A', 'B', 'C' & 'D' with sufficient experience may apply where applicable.

- Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders.

- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be handled per applicable rules.
