C&W Department Bannu Invites Electronic Bids on EPADS for Construction & Rehabilitation Works

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (Building Division, Bannu) invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on a Single-Stage Single-Envelope basis for multiple construction, repair and rehabilitation works in Bannu and merged districts, including restoration/rehabilitation of mosques and madrasas, repair/rehabilitation of civil dispensary facilities and associated building works.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bidding documents (Bid Solicitation Documents / BSD and instructions) can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) or obtained from the office on any working day with a cost of Rs. 3000/- (as per BSD).

- Bid security (earnest money) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in original (Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) and delivered to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division Bannu before bid closing.

- Bids must be submitted through the EPAD system (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Original bid security (and any required documents such as CDR) must be delivered to the Executive Engineer’s office prior to bid closing.

- Submission of forged or misleading documents at any stage will lead to disqualification and may result in legal and financial penalties.

- Applicable rules: Procurement under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
