| Key Eligibility & Qualification Requirements | Valid PEC registration for 2026-27 in Category C-3 or above with specialization codes CE-02, CE-10 and EE-05; valid FBR/NTN and Active Taxpayer status; KPRA registration where applicable; EPADS registration. Minimum average annual construction turnover ≥ 70% of Estimated Contract Cost; available financial resources/cash flow ≥ 30% of Estimated Contract Cost; satisfactory completion of at least two similar contracts during the last five years each valued at ≥ 50% of the Estimated Contract Cost. Experience in bored RCC pile foundations and 132 kV or higher overhead transmission-line works is required as detailed in the qualification criteria. |
