Military Engineer Services (Office of CMES (PAF) Peshawar) invites sealed tenders for multiple packages for the provision of certain facilities at PAF. Firms/contractors must apply for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials as required and will be scrutinized before issuance. Tenders will be received and opened on the date below.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Tender documents: Applicants must submit applications with complete credentials as specified. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to firms meeting the required experience and special conditions.
- Eligibility: Firms/contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with government departments and that there are no adverse reports outstanding from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi). Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required; unregistered firms will not be eligible. Contractors on MES approved list in the specified categories with sufficient experience may be allowed to present in person at opening.
- Submission and opening: Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-10-15 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
