Essential requirements and conditions include: audit report of last three years audited by a Chartered Accountants firm; income tax returns for last three years; proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status; affidavit on judicial stamp paper notarized that the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body; bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR favoring Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. One copy of the technical proposal (non-financial) must be uploaded in hard form as well as on EPADS; scan copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal.
