Pakistan Air Force (Southern Air Command) — Pre-Qualification & Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items, Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Air Force, Bases & HQs Southern Air Command, Karachi. Purpose: Pre-qualification and registration of reputable, well-experienced, financially-sound local suppliers/contractors for supply of dry and fresh ration items.

Scope: Supply of ration items (dry and fresh) including, but not limited to, fine atta, semolina, vermicelli, lentil seeds, Bengal gram flour (besan), rice, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar, tea (including green tea), meat, vegetables, fruits, squash, salt, ice, firewood, bread and condiments.

Application period and collection: Application forms and necessary instructions are to be collected from the office of Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF Karachi & O/ic Catering Flight, PAF Bases from 2026-10-01 during working hours (0900 to 1400 hrs). Applications may be submitted from 2026-10-01 to 2026-11-15 during working hours (0900 to 1400 hrs).

Submission: Applications duly marked “Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items” must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF.

Mandatory documents and information to be provided include:

• Owner/partners name, address, telephone, mobile numbers and fax; proprietor/owner/partner must be Pakistani national.
• Six months to one-year summary of bank accounts and a bank certificate showing financial stability/verified bankers.
• Company profile and status (proprietorship/partnership/public or private limited company); partnership deed if applicable.
• Proof of firm registration; memorandum & articles of association for limited companies.
• Attested copy of CNIC of owner/partners and attested copy of contractor’s domicile certificate.
• Details of registration with major organizations, agreements/contracts, Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates, copies of Income Tax Returns and Professional Tax Certificate, NTN.
• Litigation details (if any), affidavit regarding correctness of documents, and work experience with government institutions (especially Army/Navy/Air Force).

Notes: Incomplete or false information will result in rejection. The PAF Southern Air Command reserves the right to accept or reject applications on technical grounds.
