The Project Director, Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top invites electronic bids for the construction of the road from Baiker to Mari Top (56 KM; RD 10+000 to 20+000). Estimated cost is PKR 2,784,903,000. Tender fee PKR 1,000 and bid security 2% of the estimated cost apply. Eligibility requirements include presence on the Active Taxpayer List, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, completion of two similar assignments, minimum turnover of PKR 1,900,000,000 over recent years, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-B and above (relevant category CE100).
