Tender for Supply of Electric Buses and Chargers for Feeder Routes — Transport Department Quetta

The Transport Department invites electronic bids for the supply of electric buses with electric chargers for feeder routes of the green bus service in Quetta. Tender fee is not required.

Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard/EPPS system. Deadline: 2025-07-17 11:00 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 11:15 AM). Bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Eligibility requirements include two assignments of similar nature and complexity totaling PKR 400,000,000 in the previous three years, a turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 in the previous three years, presence on the Active Tax Payer List, and a sales tax certificate; joint ventures are permissible and a non-blacklist certificate must be submitted.
