The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Directorate, has issued an addendum/corrigendum to the Invitation to E-Bid for the single-stage, two-envelope tender for the improvement/rehabilitation of Sonagar Highway.
Bids will be handled electronically via the e-bidding system (EPACS). Submission/opening schedule: Monday, 2026-07-06 — submission by 11:00 hours; electronic technical bids to be opened publicly the same day at 12:00. The opening session will be held at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-5), Islamabad.
