Executive Engineer Peshawar Canals Division Invites Bids on EPADs for Multiple Flood‑Protection and Irrigation Works

Executive Engineer, Peshawar Canals Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids on the KP e-Procurement System (EPADs) under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for multiple flood‑protection, irrigation channel, check‑dam and canal patrol road works across central districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Peshawar, Charsadda, Swabi, Mardan and Nowshera.

Eligible firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meeting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) requirements may participate. Bidding documents and details are available on the KP e‑procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADs portal.

Key instructions include submission of prescribed bid security, compliance with bid submission timelines and conditions specified in the bidding documents, and registration requirements as set by PEC and provincial authorities. The Executive Engineer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
