FESCO Tender Notice — Supply of Materials and Augmentation Works for 132 kV Grid Stations (e-PADS)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids through the e-PADS single-stage, one-envelope procedure for multiple packages for supply of materials and augmentation works at various 132 kV grid stations. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Submission and opening:

Bids must be submitted via e-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-09-25 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO — 132 kV Grid Station, Agriculture University area, Near Qaim Sewer/Darbar Road, Faisalabad.

Bid security and eligibility:

- Bid security (earnest money) equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount is required in an acceptable form (bank guarantee/CDR) and must remain valid for the period specified in the tender documents.

- Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayers List.

- Bidders should demonstrate previous experience of similar magnitude and nature; for joint ventures or contractors, details of contracts and completion certificates are required.
