Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination. Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from PEC-registered contracting firms for revamping and refurbishment works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (Scope: civil, plumbing & fire fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre). Bids valid up to 30 June 2027.

Key instructions: Applications and complete technical & financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS. Bidding documents can be downloaded/uploaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk and are also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA site. A single envelope containing technical information must be clearly marked “Technical Bid” and the second envelope containing the price shall be marked “Price Bid.”
Mandatory conditions include: firm must meet evaluation criteria; valid NTN, Sales Tax registration and firm on ATL; affidavit on non-judicial stamp attesting firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money in form of bank draft/pay order/CDR from firm’s bank account in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; one hard copy of technical proposal (as uploaded on EPADS) must be submitted; scanned copy of bid security to accompany technical proposal and original must be delivered before closing; envelopes of price bids of non-qualified firms will be returned unopened.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
