Pakistan Sports Board (Islamabad) invites e-bids from PEC-registered contracting firms for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. The works include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works, internal & external lighting and allied works at Jinnah Stadium, and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a security surveillance system.

Mandatory conditions include PEC registration in relevant categories, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration and firm on ATL, an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted, and submission of technical proposals in hard form where required. Envelopes of the Price Bid of bidders who fail to qualify shall be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
