Pakistan Sports Board NIT — Revamping & Refurbishment Works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for revamping and refurbishment works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (including civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre).

Key instructions and mandatory requirements:

• Prepare two envelopes: one marked "Technical Bid" (technical information) and one marked "Price Bid" (financial proposal).
• Bidders must quote percentage above/below for schedule items and provide item rates for non-schedule items.
• Bidding documents to be downloaded and uploaded via eprocure.gov.pk; manual submission will not be accepted.
• Provide proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and firm listed on ATL.
• Submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper, attested, confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security/earnest money must be in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; scanned copy to be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and original submitted before bid closing.
• Price Bid envelopes of bidders who fail technical qualification will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
