Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad Tender: Revamping & Refurbishment at Pakistan Sports Complex (Civil, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation to tender (NIT) for revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad, including civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, and works at PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre.

How to apply: Bidders must submit proposals through the EPADS online portal. Tender documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available at Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) as well as the PPRA website. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. The envelope containing technical information must be clearly marked "Technical Bid" and the second envelope containing the financial information must be clearly marked "Price Bid."

Mandatory conditions include valid NTN, sales tax registration and firm ATL status, an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted, bid security submitted in prescribed form (bank draft/pay order/CDR in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad), and submission of a scanned copy of bid security with the technical proposal on EPADS. Envelopes of unsuccessful "Price Bid" bidders will be returned unopened. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for field conditions.
