Altern Energy Limited — Postal Ballot for Special Resolution to Dispose Plant & Assets

Issuer: Altern Energy Limited. Purpose: Postal ballot for the Annual General Meeting to approve a special resolution authorizing the disposal and sale of the plant, machinery, stores, spare parts and other consumables located at the plant site situated at 5 Kilometers, Kohat Road, Fateh Jang, District Attock, Punjab.

Shareholders may vote by completing and returning the postal ballot form. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 2026-10-26 at the company’s registered office: 18-km, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Postal ballots must reach the Chairman by 5:00 p.m. on 2026-10-25 to be counted. Shareholders must provide Folio/CDC Participant/Investor ID, number of shares, NIC/NICOP/Passport number (copy to be attached), and signature of the shareholder or authorized signatory.
