Closure of Share Transfer Books: The Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, 2026-10-21 to Wednesday, 2026-10-28 (both days inclusive). Transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar by the specified cut-off will be treated in time for entitlement to attend and vote.
Participation and Voting: Shareholders are entitled to attend the meeting in person or by proxy. Instructions are provided for transmission of financial statements and notices electronically, submission of CNIC and bank account details to the Registrar, and for depositing physical share certificates into CDC accounts where required for electronic transmission of entitlements.
