Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination). Applications are invited through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C) for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
Scope: Civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall and other PSB facilities in Islamabad and Peshawar Centre.

Submission and documents: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS along with complete information including technical and financial proposals. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Envelopes of the "Price Bid" of bidders who fail to qualify shall be returned unopened.
Conditions and requirements include meeting evaluation criteria in bidding documents, proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), sales tax registration and ATL, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting, earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad, and submission of one hard copy of technical proposal if uploaded on EPADS. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
