Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for provision of services (contact center agents — English & basic proficiency) under framework contract (EGOV-16). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately.
Key submission details: bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal and hard copies submitted as required. Tender documents are available on the PPRA and e-procurement websites and may be downloaded free of cost. Electronic submission on the e-Portal is required before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at the stated time.
