The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) warns that unauthorized commercial activities, sale, booking, marketing or development are being carried out along the following roads: Auto Bhan Road; Auto Bhan Road to Police Station, Section A (Unit No. 8); Baig Mart to Unit No. 10; Jamshoro Road; and Main Qasimabad 150-Foot Wide Road. Any such activity without prior approval and a valid HDA NOC is strictly prohibited and will attract legal action.
Members of the public are advised not to book, purchase, invest in, or enter into commercial transactions for projects on these roads without first verifying that the developer holds a valid HDA NOC. For verification and information contact the Hyderabad Development Authority at 0229200094.
