Pre-Qualification: Event Support & Equipment Rentals — Islamabad College for Boys (FY 2026-27)

Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications for provision of tentage services, sound systems, IT equipment and machinery on rental basis, audio/visual equipment, and refreshment catering services for official meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and other institutional events during Financial Year 2026-27.

Submit applications electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 2026-07-20 at 11:00 AM (PST). Applications will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Principal. Eligible firms must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers or General Order Supplier firms registered with Income and Sales Tax, appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and having business offices/workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Detailed pre-qualification documents are available on EPADS and from the college office; bid security is not required at pre-qualification but will be required from pre-qualified firms at the time of financial bidding.
