Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for provisioning of services of contact center agents (English & Basic proficiency) for the CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Centre under Framework Contract (EGOV-16).

Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis. Tender documents are available for download free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes; bidders must also submit bids via the PPRA e-Procurement System (eP Portal).
