Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. Purpose: Framework contract for the procurement of laboratory reagents, chemicals, medical devices and lab disposables for financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from eligible registered suppliers, manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors and suppliers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents and submission are through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated value must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System; physical instruments (CDR, PO, Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted.
Important dates and submission: Deadline for electronic submission of bids is 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM; electronic bid opening will be held on 2026-10-16 at 11:30 AM in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal before the deadline.
