Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for provisioning of services (contact center agents - English & basic proficiency) for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC)” under Framework Contract (EGOV-16).

Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed and stamped, and in full conformity with the Tender Document.
Tender documents are available at PITB’s website and may be downloaded. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and hard copies as required should be delivered to the office address before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day as submission at the PITB office.
