HAZECO Tender Notice: Procurement of HT/LT Structures, Meters, Conductors & Panels (FY 2026-27)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids for multiple procurement packages for FY 2026-27. Sealed/online bids are invited from eligible bidders for the items listed below; bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0).

- Submission method: e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be entertained.

- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee in favor of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad. Original bid security must be submitted to Room No. 209, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony & Logistics Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the closing time.

- Deadlines: e-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-20 at 10:30 AM; e-bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM.

- Procurement rules: Single Stage-One Envelope (Least Cost Based Selection - LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notified as per Rule 48; notification available on the authority's and PPRA websites.
