Office of the District Council Hafizabad invites e-bids from eligible, reputable and financially sound firms/contractors/companies registered on Punjab E-Procurement for the construction of street drains and nallah at Village Channi Thattha, District Council Hafizabad under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for FY 2026-2027.

Procurement & bid conditions: Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement portal and bid security shall be paid through online banking on the portal. The bid validity period is 120 days. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee (call deposit or bank guarantee) within the time specified in the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per applicable rules.
