The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Punjab invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of IT equipment on a framework contract basis. Eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and holding a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27 may submit e-bids as per the stated schedule and requirements.
All e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement website. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security (3% of the estimated amount). Technical and financial proposals and other submission instructions follow the CTD procurement rules and PPRA procedures referenced in the notice.
