Pakistan Sports Board NIT — Revamping & Refurbishment of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Project: Revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad, including civil works, plumbing & fire fighting works at Jinnah Stadium, Rodham Hall, Amir Khan Boxing Academy, Hockey Stadium, Snooker Hall, Sports Medicine Centre, Fatima Jinnah Hostel, boundary wall, main gate, external works, substation, external road works, watch towers (15 nos.), and underground water tank.

Key requirements and conditions: firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents; provide valid National NTN, Sales Tax registration and ATL details; submit affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper attesting firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body; bid security/earnest money must be in form of bank draft/pay order/CDR from firm account in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; one hard copy of technical proposal (not financial) and upload on EPADS; scanned copy of bid security uploaded with Technical Proposal and original submitted before closing date/time; bidders must quote percentage above or below for schedule items and item rates for non-schedule items; envelopes of Price Bids of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened; competent authority reserves right to accept/reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004; bidders are advised to visit the site for understanding field conditions.
