Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for provisioning of contact center agents (English and Basic proficiency) for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center” under Framework Contract (EGOV-16).
Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis. Tender documents are available for download at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.pitb.gov.pk and must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
