Pakistan Sports Board Tender — Revamping & Refurbishment Works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (Bid Deadline 2026-10-20)

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (SH: Civil, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre).

Key conditions: technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS; one envelope must contain technical information clearly marked “Technical Bid” and the second envelope the price bid marked “Price Bid”. Bidders may quote a percentage above or below schedule/item rates. Bid security/earnest money must be in the form of a bank draft, pay order or CDR issued by a bank in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original submitted before closing. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body is required. Envelopes of disqualified bidders’ price bids will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
