Pakistan Sports Board NIT: Revamping & Refurbishment at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through ePADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories (valid up to 30 June 2027) for revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Key instructions & eligibility: Bids must be submitted via ePADS; bidding documents downloadable from eprocure.gov.pk and Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and available on PPRA website. Firms must meet evaluation criteria and be registered with PEC; provide valid National Tax Number (NTN), sales tax registration and be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Submit affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring firm is not blacklisted. Bid security (earnest money) must be in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from the firm’s bank account in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original must be submitted before closing date/time. One hard copy of the Technical Proposal (only) as uploaded on ePADS shall be submitted.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.

Other notes: Envelopes of Price Bids of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for field conditions.
