Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for the provision of services (contact center agents — English & basic proficiency) under Framework Contract (EGOV-16) for the CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC).

Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Completed, signed and stamped bids must be submitted on the e-Procurement portal before 11:00 hours on 2016-10-23; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day.
