Sector Headquarters Panjnad Rangers Islamabad invites electronic bids for the purchase of vehicle spare parts and office stationery under the Framework Plan 2026-2029 (up to 30 June 2029). Procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is required on or before 2026-10-26 13:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-26 at 13:30 hrs via EPADS. Manual or hard copy bids will not be accepted.
Each bid must be accompanied by the specified bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of "Food Security Fund Sec HQ PNR"; bid securities are refundable after 30 June 2029. Where bid security is not required, a Bid Security Declaration as per bidding documents must be furnished.
