Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination / Pakistan Sports Board invites bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Key details and instructions:
• Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registration valid up to 30 June 2027.
• Submission: Bidding documents to be downloaded/uploaded via eprocure.gov.pk and applications submitted through EPADS along with complete technical and financial proposals. Tender notice also available at www.sports.gov.pk.
• Mandatory conditions include valid National/NTN and Sales Tax registration, affidavit on non-judicial stamp confirming the firm is not blacklisted, bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued from the firm’s bank account in favour of Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad, and submission/upload of one hard copy of the technical proposal as uploaded on EPADS. Scan copy of bid security must be uploaded and original submitted before closing date/time.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 AM.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
