Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Director (Maintenance), Balochistan West‑Makran Region, Gwadar. Purpose: Re-invitation to e-Bids for three routine maintenance contracts on National Highway N-85.
Bidding method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents available for free download from 2026-10-10. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026. Bid security: 2% of Engineer's Estimate in the shape of PO/CDR in favor of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund–Security Deposit RMA)". All firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately; manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated. Advertisement also available on PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
