Submission and eligibility: Bids will be processed under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidding will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelopes procedure: separate "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened. Bid validity is 180 days. Both technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on the E-Bids/E-Procurement portal before the closing time. Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement portal. Original bid security and supporting documents must be presented as required. The hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
