Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit to lead the Club’s internal audit function and provide the Board with objective assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls. The position reports to the Finance & Audit Committee and is based in Islamabad.

| Key responsibilities | Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan; conduct financial, operational, compliance and IT audits across departments; review procurement, vendor contracts, payroll and membership receivables; conduct surprise inspections, stock takes and cash counts; liaise with external auditors; monitor compliance with club constitution, by-laws and applicable laws; report findings and track implementation of management action plans. |
| Qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA mandatory. MBA (Finance) and an HEC-recognized university degree are additional advantages. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk or assurance, with at least 1–2 years as Head of Internal Audit/Chief Internal Auditor or equivalent. Experience in hospitality, a members' club or a not-for-profit organization and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera) preferred. |
| Terms & compensation | Appointment on contract basis for a period of 3 years; contract may be extended for a further 2 years subject to performance. Position is contractual and not regularized. |
