Shortlisting requirements for consulting firms:
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| General experience | Legally registered firm with at least five (5) years of professional consulting experience, including relevant experience in institutional reform, governance, public sector modernization or environmental governance. |
| Specific experience | At least two (2) completed contracts of similar scale and complexity; experience in the hydromet/climate services sector will be accorded due weightage. |
| Technical capability | Demonstrated experience in legal drafting, organizational restructuring, policy development and institutional strengthening. |
| Logistical capability | Adequate logistical and managerial capacity to undertake the assignment. |
Interested national consultancy firms should submit:
- A Letter of Expression of Interest signed by an authorized representative of the firm;
- Documents supporting the firm’s eligibility and experience, including a statement of association if proposing joint venture or sub-consultancy arrangements.
