• Eligibility: Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and duly registered on EPADS
• Bid submission deadline: 1100 hours on 22 October 2026
• Bid opening: 1130 hours on 22 October 2026 at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad (through EPADS 2.0)
• Bid security: Must accompany the electronic bid as specified in the bid data sheet on EPADS 2.0 in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft; original bid security must be delivered to the address mentioned by the submission deadline
