Invitation to Bid: Supply & Fixing of Tempered Glass with Aluminium Frame — Gujrat Waste Management Company

Gujrat Waste Management Company (GtWMC) invites e-bids through EPADS (Punjab) from eligible, well‑reputed and financially sound firms/contractors registered on EPADS for the procurement listed below for the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027 (District Gujrat).

Submission of e‑Bids: 2026-10-19 at 10:00 AM

Submission of original CDR (bid security): 2026-10-19 at 11:00 AM

Opening of e‑Bids: 2026-10-19 at 11:30 AM

Key requirements and conditions:

- Firms must have a valid PEC license in the relevant category; attach with the bid.
- Valid income tax certificate and active status with FBR & PRA must be attached.
- Bidders must attach a fresh affidavit stating they are not blacklisted by PPRA and are not currently in litigation.
- Procurement will be conducted through EPADS of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) on a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
- Scanned copy of original Bid Security must be attached on EPADS with the e‑Bid; the original (hard copy) must be submitted to the office of Gujrat Waste Management Company by the stated date/time or the bid will be considered non‑responsive.
- Bidding documents, terms, specifications and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA and EPADS websites prior to the closing date/time.
- Bid security must be in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, Gujrat Waste Management Company (GtWMC).
- Successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee as per PPRA rules within 15 days after award. Additional performance security rules per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017 may apply.
- Submission of forged/fake documents will lead to disqualification/blacklisting. The procuring agency may cancel, reduce or enhance quantities or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
