Annual Re‑Tender Notice 2026-27 — Khawaja Farid Social Security Hospital, Multan

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Khawaja Farid Social Security Hospital, Multan invites annual re-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the Financial Year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders may download bidding documents, detailed specifications, scope of supply, and terms & conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PESSI tenders page (https://pessi.punjab.gov.pk/tenders). The bid security (3% of the estimated price) shall be paid through the generated PSID. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
