PKHA Expression of Interest: Prequalification for Peshawar–D.I. Khan Motorway Segments 2, 5 & 7 (PPP)

Provincial Expressways, Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar, invites Expressions of Interest and Prequalification Applications from interested private parties, joint ventures and consortia for the construction of the Peshawar–Dera Ismail Khan Motorway (approx. 360 km) under Public‑Private Partnership (Build–Operate–Transfer) for the remaining Segments 2, 5 and 7. Successful prequalified bidders will undertake design, development, construction, insuring, operating, managing, improving and maintaining the project and transferring it to PKHA at the end of the concession period.

Prequalification (PQ) documents for each segment are available from PKHA during office hours against a non‑refundable fee of PKR 20,000/- (US$ 200) per segment, or may be downloaded from the PKHA and PDPE websites. Separate PQ documents and separate applications are required for each segment.

Submission deadline for PQ applications: 2026-11-05 at 15:30 hours. PKHA reserves the right to reject any or all prequalification applications, wholly or in part, without assigning reason.
