Office of the Commercial Department, Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services (SIEHS), Health Department Government of Sindh invites electronic bids through EPADS on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis from registered manufacturers, authorized agents, importers and suppliers. Submission deadline: 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM; bid opening: 26 October 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) on the same day.
Tender documents downloadable from SPPRA (EPADS) portal from 01 October 2026. Bids to be submitted via EPADS. Non-refundable tender fee PKR 3,000 payable in favor of Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services (NTN: 4979065-0) by Pay Order/Demand Draft and must be included in uploaded documents. Bid security and performance security requirements apply (bid security as specified in tender documents; performance security 5% of total awarded value). Original bid security must be submitted to the department before the submission deadline in a sealed envelope.
