Key submission and eligibility requirements:
- Bids uploaded online only via the SPPRA EPADS portal. Physical/manual bids will not be accepted. Submission deadline: 2026-10-20 by 09:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM.
- Valid registration (including PEC where applicable) and experience in similar works are required. Firms must meet specified technical staff, financial, and experience criteria; provide documentary evidence such as work orders/contracts, completion certificates, audited accounts/turnover, bank statements, tax registration and returns, Sindh Revenue Board registration where applicable.
- Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt / Pay Order from a scheduled bank must be provided as specified for each package and uploaded on EPADS; original instruments and tender fee must be delivered to the Procuring Agency on or before the deadline, otherwise bids will be rejected.
- Other terms, conditions, and detailed requirements are listed in the bidding documents available for download from the EPADS portal. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
