Notice to Creditors — Official Liquidator, Karachi for M/s Trans Mobile Limited (Company Petition No. 13 of 2004)

The Official Assignee / Official Liquidator of Karachi issues a notice to creditors of M/s Trans Mobile Limited (Company Petition No. 13 of 2004) under the Companies Act, 2017.

Creditors are required to submit proofs of their respective debts or claims by delivering them to the Official Liquidator on or before 2026-10-30, or by post so as to reach the Official Liquidator no later than that date. Each submission must include an affidavit in the prescribed form proving the debt or claim, with the creditor's name, address and particulars of the debt or claim, and any claim to priority under Section 390 of the Companies Act, 2017. Creditors who fail to submit the affidavit of proof within the stated time will be excluded from benefit of any distribution of dividend before their debt is proved or from objecting to such distribution.
