Military Engineer Services Tender — Emergency Facilities at PAF Base Chaklala (closing 2026-10-19)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW & CE, PAF Chaklala). This is a notice inviting sealed tenders for emergency works to provide certain facilities at PAF Base Chaklala under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004.

Submission and opening: Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 2026-10-19 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date.

Eligibility and requirements: Contractors must submit complete credentials and will be issued tender documents only if they demonstrate sufficient relevant experience and meet special conditions for the job and area. Contractors must certify registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with experience of this type should apply. Contractors shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department or court and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

Other conditions: Contractors may be present at tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules. PID (I) No. 3015/26. Tender reference: No.4021-71-FSL/Advt/02/E-4 dated 30 Sep 2026.
