Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 — Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted via the Punjab E‑Procurement System.
Key submission and opening schedule (Punjab E‑Procurement System): bids to be uploaded by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-20; e‑bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-20.
Tender documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab E‑Procurement Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders should register on the Punjab E‑Procurement System for electronic submission; e‑Portal registration queries can be directed to 1248.
Additional requirements and notes: income/taxes registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the tender documents must accompany bids. PMU reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per Rule‑35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
